patch to take maintainership

Hello,

i will took the maintainership of this port. While there i recreated the
patches with "make makepatch" as portlint wishes.

I asked the current maintainer if i could take the maintainership and he
answered: 

> Yeah sure; I haven't seriously used FreeBSD in almost 2 years, and have
> little interest in returning to it...
