archivers/innoextract 1.5

Please add archivers/innoextract: tool to extract Inno Setup installers.

$ portlint -A
looks fine.

I tested this with setup_akalabeth_2.0.0.1.exe and
setup_beneath_a_steel_sky_2.1.0.10.exe from GOG.com, which I was able to
successfully extract.
