Year, this would be great, but what way to use? pg_dumpall, pg_dump,
pg_upgrade?
One of my databases has several TB - for it i prefer the manual way. Others are
so small a pg_dump would be fine.
Also sometimes there are changes which are incompatible. An automatic upgrade
is not a good option in such a case.
Sadly this issue is not this easy :(
