Actually, after running `pkg -d update -f`, it seems I'm downloading the
quarterly packages from:

http://pkgmir.pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:10:amd64/quarterly/All/

which, when visited from a browser, shows glances at 2.4.2.

Do packages update once every 3 months?
