gtkevemon.diff

The current version of gtkevemon times out trying to talk to its old update
server - that no longer exists.  The project appears to live on github now and
uses libcurl for SSL work.

I've included a half-baked update to use the github version.  It seems to work
for me.  It'll need fixing etc, or a do-over. I've used the datestamp for the
"version".
