FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE-p6

When sysutils/fusefs-ntfs is compiled with UBLIO, mkntfs is unable to create
NTFS (hangs).

FIX: (Not really, more a workaround)
Recompiling sysutils/fusefs-ntfs without UBLIO, enables mkntfs to create NTFS.
