svn diff to fix sysutils/liburcu

I recently had a need to install this,
and noticed that this version is *quite* old.
So I'm currently testing the latest version (0.8.5),
prior to submission. However, when attempting
to install this version, I discovered the lib's
were not being stripped during install.

This patch corrects this problem:
INSTALL_TARGET=install-strip

Also, as it looks like the maintainer may be
otherwise occupied -- hey, life happens. :-)
Feel free to list me as MAINTAINER, as I'm
currently testing the stability of version
0.8.5, and intend to submit it anyway. :)
