Proposed patch (since 380608 revision)

Previous maintainer removed official site location from MASTER_SITES in ports
r380608.
Now, the official site is working (for 12 March 2015 check):
http://r.h-t.co/ebf4a933-dec8-e411-80c2-00155d368c3c

I propose to return MASTER_SITES and add new location from author's repository:
https://launchpad.net/dnshistory
