Just a quick update:
After removing "lib/saga/libio_shapes_las.so" from pkg-plist, I successfully
compiled and installed SAGA 2.1.4 from port. And SAGA toolbox now shows up in
QGIS 2.8.1.

Based on the file name, I guess libio_shapes_las.so is for read/write LIDAR
file. I checked SAGA 2.1.4 on my Ubuntu system, libio_shapes_las.so is no
longer available either. I guess it was removed in SAGA 2.1.4.
