Update net-p2p/btsync from 1.4.110 to 1.4.111

##BACKGROUND##

This is planned to be the final release of btsync 1.4.x and 2.0 is now out. I
haven't adapted this port to 2.0 yet as binaries of different versions are no
longer directly linked.

Many people plan to stay on btsync 1.4.111 because in 2.0 BitTorrent has
started monetizing the BitTorrent Sync application. The main change people
dislike is the arbitrary limit of only 10 synced folders in the free version.
The paid version is $40/year.
