okay, I sort of see what this port is doing -- a series of hacks to work around
the fact that install.php and config.php can't be installed at the same time,
but yet the port doesn't work without config.php which needs install.php to
create it.

yuck.


Okay, I'll take your word for it this mess is the best way to handle the
installation of this port.
