Run finch in tmux and resize the window.  Segfault will occur.

This is "new" behavior after the update from 6 months ago.  Prior to that,
there was no issue.

I am trying out UTF-8 things as well and that seems to be related, but I'm
unsure of what changes make this problem manifest (is it LANG settings on my
host running tmux/finch or the LANG settings on my laptop that I use to ssh
into my host).
