Canon LiDE 220 support patches
Canon LiDE 220 is a popular flatbed scanner, a development of the older popular
Canon LiDE 210.
For several months now this scanner is supported in the upstream repository.
However, it is not clear when the next release is coming given that 1.0.24 was
released almost two years ago.
So, I propose to add patches that bring in LiDE 220 support.
The patches are made from the following upstream commits:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/sane/sane-backends.git/commit?id=470594e18b42b8f7f21501e2864d743384abec43
