The maintainer didn't respond in two weeks, but this isn't good enough to
override him

1) the patch needs to be an attachment
2) the patch needs to be in unified format
3) the patch needs to be tested, e.g. provide a poudriere bulk -t log.

Otherwise it's just going to stay here.
