update patch

Bring in some update, mostly irrelevant oto the FreeBSD port:

2015-01-18 releases/3.11.10
        - fix a memory allocation in Java interface in cases where jint
          has a different size than int [r2513]
        - the buildsystem now tries the Accelerate framework instead of
          vecLib for finding Blas/Lapack on MacOS X
