Proposed patch (since 364513 revision)

Patch to update benchmarks/phoronix-test-suite from 5.2.0 to 5.4.1 version.

Look following link for changes:

- Convert DATADIR files to use PORTDATA
- Add desktop-file-utils to X11_USES
- Use CONFIGURE_ARGS and options helpers, instead of INSTALL_OPTS
- Use sed in-place patch, without the need to remove backup files
- Update the patch for ${WRKSRC}/install-sh file

The USE_PHP5 options might be clarified.
