net/widentd

currently listed MASTER_SITES has been unavailable for *quite*
some time. I have the source, and can host it with the many
other ports I maintain. The svn(1) diff(1) attached, affects:

replaces MASTER_SITES, WWW
adds LICENSE
assorted (minor) grammatical modifications.

In short, this is a trivial change, and just for fun, I am
even attaching a QA session. :)

If the current maintainer is currently unwilling, or
otherwise unable to maintain this any longer. I will
take maintainer for this port.
