net/freeradius3 diff to upgrade to 3.0.7

FreeRADIUS 3.0.7 was released today.

This release includes numerous minor fixes and features. One of the fixed bugs
affected FreeBSD directly:

"Fix infinite loop in kevent event loop code. Issue only presented on FreeBSD."

This fix obviates the need for the files/patch-src__lib__event.c patch in the
port.

Attached is a diff that updates net/freeradius3 to 3.0.7 and removes the now
unnecessary patch. Also attached is poudriere testport output.
