Patch for print/ghostscript9-agpl-base to fix the use of the eps2write device

In Makefile.drivers, the eps2write device is mentioned correctly in the
descriptions, but in OPTIONS_DEFINE and OPTIONS_DEFAULT it still uses the
(deprecated in 9.15) epswrite device. So the gs executable that is produced
does not include the eps2write device.

Attached is a patch that fixes this issue. With this patch applied and after a
build the gs executable does include the eps2write device.
