Proposed patch to disable builtin quazip and use archivers/quazip instead

Following John's advice, here is a proposal for a patch that disables
compilation and installation of the built-in quazip, and adds a dependency on
archivers/quazip instead.
Could anyone with a good understanding of QMake and the ports system kindly
review it?
