Adds nethack36

(last time, really) Add nethack36. Installs a sysconf file. Fixes makedefs.c to
generate a temporary filename grep.tmp.$$ instead of using grep.tmp, so that it
can parallel build without race conditions. (This is the bit I'd appreciate
someone looking at, since snprintf() is not something I use everyday).
