Patch to update multimedia/mlt, it contains support of Qt4 and Qt5

- Update to 0.9.8
- Add support of Qt5
- Reorganize options helper (for Qt toolkits)

Note: tested with 2 new non-linear video editors:

* Shotcut (Qt5 application), it is very unstable, often core dumps
* Flowblade (Gtk+3 application), not tested thorough, but no crash happened

I don't know about Kdenlive, if Qt5 support is good enough.
