Add added a standard option to not rely on a webserver as default.
But I would never put gogs to real internet before I do not have a real
webserver on front. But this can each user decided by himself.

SQLite has some drawbacks, so we should use the decision open for the user.
Standard is sqlite.

Compiling does not work, it seems that the tarball is damaged delivered from
upstream:
