In the /usr/ports directory is no .svn directory, 

If I run the command, but svn exit with an error:

root at stonard:/usr/ports # svn info /usr/ports
svn: E155007: '/usr/ports' is not a working copy

I found the file /var/db/portsnap/tag, that contain:
portsnap|1449568817|77e3ffa87c1b80cfaa9c664939aeda9f889695e5d1fd3f34c22ea0496d451c9d
