@Boris, thanks for your submission.

1) I agree that a separate issue for libsson and mongo-c-driver is the way to
go here, as they don't *strictly* need to be committed (atomically,
simultaneously) together.

If on the other hand, this was a shared library version change ONLY, without a
version update, this might be classified as a 'sweeping change' relevant for a
single commit.

2) I also agree with updating the attachments, updating them to their latest
upstream version.

So what we need to do is:

* Create a new issue for devel/mongo-c-driver, update it to latest version,
containing no devel/libbson changes
* Set the new issue as "Depends on" this issue
* Update the attachment here to remove the devel/mongo-c-driver changes, and
update version if necessary
