I think, there is no need to define ALLOW_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS for CLANG.bm
file, because it is "0" by default. But, this is a difference between
CLANG.bm.in and GCC.bm.in files, which provided with source files, therefore I
included this change.

Also, it is possible to change DEBUG_INFO to "2" (full debug info level instead
of none), but in my tests (with using CLANG builder) the gdb debugger crashes
with core dump. May be, there is a reason why it is "0" still.
