Hi David,

The port ships default configuration files and they aren't compatible with
Logstash 2 any longer.  For example:

  1 - Error: The setting `host` in plugin `elasticsearch` is obsolete and is no
longer available.

  2 - Unknown setting 'debug' for stdout.

  3 - Unknown setting 'embedded' for elasticsearch.

As installed by the port, the logstash service will fail to start.
