Changes made to rc-script

Hi

I just installed this port and it isn't possible to start the service.
Not sure if I'm missing something or if this actually is a bug.

It appears that the service tries to create files in /var/syncthing, which
doesn't exist.
So I changed the rc-script to pass the db and stats paths to the service. See
the attached patch.

After this the service appears to work correctly.
