sysutils/renameutils

The port was built successfuly on Redports, logs are accessible here:
https://redports.org/buildarchive/20140926024150-88116/

make check-orphans signals two missing @dirrmtry entries, but I was told these
are not necessary any more (I'm working on DragonFly, so my tools might be
slightly outdated).

Please let me know if any modification is needed.
