Patch to resolve issue
Elasticsearch appears to try to load logging.yml.sample as well as
bad/logging.yml.sample at startup.
The attached patch moves the sample files to %%DATADIR%% and displays a message
to the user that informs them that the sample files now live in %%DATADIR%%.
% sudo service elasticsearch console
