A new dependence for devel/py-robotframework-pabot. It allows to run tests not
only on local host.

QA:
 $ portlint -AC
looks fine.
 $ make -D DEVELOPER=yes check-plist stage-qa clean
[no complains]
 $ sudo port test
[ports-mgmt/porttools, no complains; PREFIX and PKG_DBDIR are set to /tmp/...]

My tests pass or fail correctly with pabot updated to 0.11 and this port
installed. Update of devel/py-robotframework-pabot in a separate PR.
