The attached patch..

1) updates net/syncthing to v0.10.9

2) moves syncthing's default metadata directory from /var/tmp/syncthing to
/var/db/syncthing

3) uses ${syncthing_args} instead of ${syncthing_flags}
- putting anything into _flags is actaully passed to daemon(8) which causes the
rc.d script not to work. using _args works correctly in my testing

4) removes "export HOME"
- this isn't needed because the "-home" flag sets this
