The Free Pascal Compiler ports number around 110 and will only increase.  Right
now all the ports are maintained under acm at .  I am willing to help him, so I
propose that a new team be created, fpc at FreeBSD.org, and transfer ownership of
all the ports to that team.

It will initially consist of marino@ and acm at .

What steps need to happen to accomplish this?
