Hi,

While testing some ports I noticed this failure in poudriere:

====> Running Q/A tests (stage-qa)
====> Checking for pkg-plist issues (check-plist)
===> Parsing plist
===> Checking for items in STAGEDIR missing from pkg-plist
Error: Orphaned: @dir lib/lua/5.1
Error: Orphaned: @dir %%DATADIR%%/5.1
===> Checking for items in pkg-plist which are not in STAGEDIR
===> Error: Plist issues found.
*** Error code 1

Same goes for lua52, just adapt the name of the directory.

Are those directories needed? If yes they should be added to plist, otherwise
removed from stagedir.

(no patch provided since they are straightforward, I can manage the thing if
approved in any direction)
