I can see the argument for it.
How many @dir lines are we talking about?
The general guideline is not to use autogen plist unless there is a really good
reason (e.g. 20,000 line pkg-plist).

If we are talking like 10 @dirrm lines, I'd rather just move PLIST_FILES to
pkg-plist and add @dir lines statically.
