Patch to increase a number of joystick buttons to 98

In case, somebody uses a joystick with more than 32 buttons, there is a patch
to increase a number of buttons to 98:

but I didn't include it to the port, because of following forum's discussion:

Still, if you need it, I included it to this bug report. You could place it to
the port's files directory.
