there's only one problem.  Fix it and I'll promote:

"@${STRIP_CMD} ${STAGEDIR}${SITE_PERL}/${PERL_ARCH}/auto/Router/R3/R3.so"

remove "@" symbol.  We don't suppress installation commands.
