openpgm python fix

net/openpgm requires Python 2 during build for version_generator.py.

--- version.c ---
  File "./version_generator.py", line 53
    """%(build_date, build_time, platform.system(), platform.machine(),
build_rev)
      ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
*** [version.c] Error code 1

Looking at version_generator.py, this is actually the end of a print statement,
which is invalid syntax in Python 3.
