I have tested it.  Package *build* works and does not affect any system files.
Package installation *obviously* affects system files just as it should,
because the package replaces system files.  See pkg-descr in the port.
Correct installation + deinstallation testing should be done on a system built
with WITHOUT_ZONEINFO="yes".
