Summary:

* Change in run deps (tsmuxer) have already been discussed at length off-list.
* Other few minor changes.

4.0.0-b1 found to run correctly inside FreeBSD jail. Same / no different than
previous recent 'a1' build from few days ago. They mostly just change some web
interface / .css in this 'b1' release. It isn't a significant matter.

Build successful on Redports. (with removed 'linux-tsmuxer' dependancy).
