 Three comments:
 
 1) @DES: The Piwik release maintainer has rerolled releases many times - just
 check the PR history for Piwik. See for example ports/171685 
 I have told them to stop doing this to no help.
 
 2) I have compared the new tar ball with the one I used when creating
 the PR and the changes are benign/good - improved handling of bogus plugins
 in core/Plugin/Manager.php 
 
 3) @miwi: Thx a lot for commiting this and ports/185671, but it seems
 my comment about USE_PHP was unnoticed and the addition from DES is
 missing. Should I file another PR to get the wanted USE_PHP?
