gnupg export fix

upstream fix for a problem with "gpg --export"

GnuPG-bug-id: 1774 - http://bugs.g10code.com/gnupg/issue1774

fix is committed upstream already, but not included in the most recent release

this also fixes issue #1260 with ports/security/keybase on FreeBSD -
