Question About Port Updates

Hmm, the problem here is that I have an email account that I use to log
in.  I also have other email addresses I use (1 per port) to receive
traffic about the port.  What I am not understanding here is how to
make Bugzilla aware that realme at somedomain.com is allowed to submit
changes for port1 at somedomain.com, port2 at somedomain.com and so forth.
