Hello.

Thanks for devel/spyder port submission.

I would like to propose following changes:
- Update to 2.3.2 version
- Add python to CATEGORIES
- Use download method of Bitbucket (which is similar to GitHub method)
- Add LICENSE_FILE
- Use autoplist for pkg-plist generation
- Use distutils instead of USE_PYDISTUTILS
- Add PORTDOCS and DOCS_BUILD_DEPENDS
- Add RECOMMENDED and OPTIONAL group options for recommended and optional
modules, as stated in ${WRKSRC}/README.md
- Add desktop entry
- Use bsd.port.options.mk helpers for options *_RUN_DEPENDS
- Add WWW to pkg-descr file
