John, as of now no one is responsible for closing them, except for me. Its
untrue I am not closing them ever, I do that every now and then, when I am
doing some testing, so in worst case they're hanging around opened for a few
days. It wouldnt be a problem if we'd have dev/test/stage Bugzilla instances,
but we dont, so I was told to work on this one. You can leave those tickets
with me and stop worrying about them :)
