www/squid is 2.7.x. The Squid web site lists 2.7's "latest release date" as
16Mar2010. The site also says about 2.7 *and* 3.3:

Provided for archival purposes only. Not intended for
   general use in new installations.

The latest release date for 3.3 is listed as 08Mar2014.
