patches to devel/subversion in order to fix compiling www/mod_dav_svn

Fix building of www/mod_dav_svn.

This whole thing turned out to be terrible. Please check the submitted patch.

The problem seems to revolve around renaming files/build-outputs.mk to
files/build-outputs.mk.addons. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with
correctly applying patch-build-ouputs.mk in the target svn-build-outputs-hack.

Anyway, the attached patch allowed installing www/mod_dav_svn for me.

No guarantees as to what else in the vicinity of subversion breaks with it...
