I made two fixes to the port's build framework, but I cannot seem to debug the
initialization methods with gdb 7; however I'm not an objective-C programmer.

I do not know if the gazillions of +alloc warnings are relevant to your
problem.

Anyways it does not look like the port would get to the point where it actually
reads the LDAP configuration file.
