I propose to add share/applications to ports mtree (BSD.local.dist).

Many ports use it - 1145 as of now, which is higher than ports that use share/pixmaps (785), which is in the mtree already. All of them reqire an extra @dirrmtry's/PLIST_DIRSTRY because of that, and some also require MKDIR, which can be avoided.

If this proposal is approved, I volunteer to prepare a megapatch.
