 Please revert science/minc2 to the previous port using version 2.0.18,
 which is the latest stable release.  Work on the port to make it build
 with clang revealed that minc 2.2.0 is not a stable release and the
 source code is full of bugs.  It was an error on my part to approve the
 the update.
